Panitti Elena

Elena is currently the Global Head for Real World Evidence (RWE) Excellence at Novartis. Within her role she leads the enablement strategy for RWE across the organization promoting impactful, innovative, and timely generation of RWE in collaboration with the interrelated functions. She is a Pulmonologist, and she joined the pharma industry 13 years ago starting as a Medical Advisor and progressing through roles of increasing responsibility including Therapeutic Area Head, Chief Scientific Officer and Cluster Therapeutic Area Head for Respiratory.
